Assist in training the maintenance team staff on maintenance, safety and customer service procedures. Assist Community Manager with annual budget and making recommendations on bids Adhere to and enforce compliance of all state law regulations and CONAM policies and procedures relating to the apartment community Perform and oversee routine preventative maintenance on equipment and systems Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours emergency maintenance services as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards in all maintenance activities. Ability to drive locally for business purposes pertaining to property management maintenance. This position is responsible for taking photographs of vehicles to support online sales efforts. These images will be published online at marketplace.autura.com.Vehicle images will need to be taken within specific parameters set out by the Autura Marketplace team. These vehicles are located at different tow yards across given region that you will be expected to drive to. You will be required to take 8-10 photos per vehicle. This position is considered remote, but you will need to drive to each assigned project. You must have a smartphone and vehicle to apply (you will be using your smartphone to take the vehicle images & you are expected to drive to each assigned project). Availability: 15-20 hours per week Pay: $10 per vehicle Job Responsibilities: Capture and process electronic images of vehicles at tow yards across a given region.
