Document technical procedures and user guides for clients. Perform routine maintenance and updates on client systems. Install and configure new technology for clients, including hardware, operating systems, and software. Provide training to clients on new systems and technologies. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in the industry. Assist with special projects that require technical expertise. Ensure data security and privacy protocols are followed.
