This is not a desk job. You will be meeting homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients, walking job sites, and closing deals. Qualifications • Previous experience in construction sales, solar, roofing, windows, or home improvement preferred. • Strong communication and closing skills – confident in face-to-face presentations. • Self-motivated and driven by commission income. • Must have reliable transportation and a professional appearance. • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required. Compensation • Commission-Only: • 15–20% of net profit on company-provided leads. • 25–35% of net profit on self-generated leads. • Bonuses for high quarterly performance. • Paid fast – once APC collects, you get paid. Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or the presence of unauthorized persons. Qualifications Personable, Positive Attitude and strong customer service skills Physical effort requiring manual dexterity is occasionally required (between 5% and 25% of the job).
