Sous Chef Role FOLK is a new cocktail bar opening this fall from the team behind LORE, led by Executive Chef and Bib Gourmand honoree Jay Kumar. With a balance of neighborhood warmth and refined hospitality, FOLK celebrates the people who shape the community and make New York City extraordinary. We’re seeking a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join our leadership team as we prepare to open FOLK. The ideal candidate brings genuine enthusiasm for food, hospitality, and teamwork. As a key member of our culinary team, the Sous Chef will embody positivity, creativity, and adaptability.
