Front Desk Associate – Morning Shift Ramada Inn by Wyndham Medford Airport North 📍 Medford, OR 🕒 Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | 4 Days/Week About the Role: We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Ramada Inn by Wyndham Medford Airport North. This is a fast-paced position that plays a key role in ensuring guests have a smooth, comfortable, and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out. Provide local recommendations and help with accommodations to enhance guest stays. Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure timely room readiness and cleanliness. Set up, monitor, and take down daily breakfast service, including cleaning duties. Handle guest reservations, inquiries, and requests with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. Manage multiple tasks at once in a busy, fast-paced environment. Requirements: Must be available to work morning shifts from 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 4 days per week. Friendly and positive attitude with excellent customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills and ability to learn reservation systems. Valid Food Handler's Permit required or ability to obtain before starting. Preferred Qualifications: Previous hotel or front desk experience is a plus. Knowledge of the Medford area and willingness to provide guest suggestions. Why Join Us?
