Assist in menu planning, ingredient procurement, and inventory control Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Train and mentor junior kitchen staff Qualifications and must have: Clean DMV, reliable vehicle, willing to drive to events Proven experience as Sous Chef, higher or similar role in high-end restaurants, catering/private chef business. Proven longevity with similar positions or restaurants. 10 years experience cooking in high end restaurants and/or catering. Catering experience is a plus. Must be able and willing to prepare food daily for gigs; this is mostly the position. Master craft in French, American and California cuisine. Basic primal butchery seafood and meats.
