That is Monticello Estate, whose owner is Thomas Jefferson, featured on the front of the coin. Located in Albemarle County, Virginia, the estate was inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1988. The estate was designed by Thomas Jefferson, the principal author of the Declaration of Independence. Jefferson began construction in 1769 and took a full 40 years to complete it.
