Pingu the Cat (Cullman)

Hi this dapper fellow is in search of a family to call his own. He has lived inside before but he is currently staying outside. He was dropped off on me as a kitten and I cannot him. He is not fixed. There is a small rehoming fee but we can work something out for the right family.
