Qualified candidates must be able to pull permits in Prince William County and provide proof of current Virginia licensing. Requirements: Valid Virginia contractor’s or tradesman’s license (Electrical and/or Plumbing) Ability to pull necessary permits in Prince William County Reliable, professional, and able to coordinate with GC on-site Available for immediate or near-term start Scope of Work: Residential remodel with partial rough-in already completed.
