🐾 DOG WALKER / PET SITTER WANTED – $25/hr + Perks 🐾 Adventures in Dog Walking is a family-owned Bay Area company founded in 2008 out of our shared passion for giving dogs the care, adventure, and love they truly deserve! We provide group walks, one-on-one walks, training, and pet sitting throughout San Francisco and the Oakland/East Bay area — helping dogs (and their humans) live happier lives. We’re looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and dog-loving person to join our small but growing team in the Oakland/Berkeley area. If you love the outdoors, enjoy working independently, and can’t imagine a better day than one spent surrounded by happy, tail-wagging pups — this could be your dream job! 🐶 What You’ll Do Lead group walks in scenic, wooded parks (rain or shine!) Handle up to 6 friendly dogs with confidence and care Provide group walks and pet sitting for our amazing clients Use your own vehicle to safely transport dogs to and from the park 📅 Schedule & Pay 3 days per week to start (Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays) Typical hours: 9:30AM-2:30PM $25/hour + mileage reimbursement, sick leave, and retirement plan Opportunities to take on more days, extra walks, and pet sitting gigs as you grow with us Time off with notice is totally fine — work-life balance matters! 🚗 Requirements Reliable vehicle capable of transporting 6–8 dogs safely (NO SEDANS) Clean driving record and valid CA driver’s license Must pass a background check Physically able to walk and handle multiple dogs for extended periods Comfortable pet sitting up to 2 dogs in your home ✨ Bonus Points Prior professional pet care experience Patient, detail-oriented, and safety-focused A genuine passion for dogs and the great outdoors We’re a small, family-run business with wonderful clients and well-trained dogs — and we’d love to find someone who wants to grow with us!
