While on contract, employees live and work onboard the vessel. Contract lengths vary depending upon season and production needs. Compensation is crew share based, but there are minimum guarantees for certain seasons. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Sorting • Packing • Machine operating • Boxing frozen product (Case up) • Lifting/Stacking Frozen product POSITION REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to adapt to a fast paced, quality oriented environment • Lifting up to 50lbs • Work periods 12-16hrs per day, 7 days a week for the duration of the contract • Willing to participate in all safety drills and meetings PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS: • All candidates must be at least 18 years old. • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States. • All candidates must pass a pre-employment Drug Screen, Wellness screen and Background check.
