We’re looking for hard-working, dependable people to join our team at Crawl Space Clean and Insulation. Our work is physical and hands-on — cleaning crawl spaces and attics, installing insulation, rodent proofing, and helping homeowners improve their homes. What You’ll Do: • Clean and prepare crawl spaces and attics • Install insulation and vapor barriers • Rodent proofing and sealing work • Use hand tools and basic power tools • Keep work vehicles and job sites clean and organized • Work safely and follow directions What We’re Looking For: • Comfortable working in tight spaces (crawl spaces/attics) • Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders • Reliable, on time, and ready to work • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred but not required • Experience in construction, insulation, or pest control is a plus (not required — we train) Pay & Benefits: • $22–$28/hr depending on experience • Overtime available • Year-round steady work • Paid training, opportunities to move up 401k Schedule: • Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays) If you’re a hard worker who wants a steady job with a good company, apply today.
