Scope Title: Scale House Operator Parties:   Facility Manager Mesquite Liquid Septic Waste Disposal Site 725 County Rd 5-059 Mesquite, New Mexico 575.888.7916 Project objectives: Scale house operator manages weigh station, using scales, computers, and software to record the weight of incoming and outgoing vehicles and materials. Responsibilities include accurately recording weights, issuing tickets or receipts, maintaining data and records, directing vehicles, providing customer service, and handling general office duties. List of tasks:  Operate scales to accurately weigh trucks and other vehicles as they enter and leave a facility.   Record vehicle weights and associated data, such as driver information and material details, into computer software programs.   Issue proper tickets, receipts, or other documentation for materials and sales.   Guide vehicles entering and leaving the scale house and directing drivers.   Interact with customers, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns or complaints.   Perform general clerical and administrative support as needed.  Timeline: Daily: report to the Facility Manager about your arrival and departure. Log in and out on the time sheet beginning and end of shift. Complete assigned tasks; accurate scale house operation Weekly: removal of any debris from the work area, clean as needed interior of the office and scale house, assist with keeping the exterior of the buildings clear of debris. Monthly: Assist with billing statements for each client Quarterly: Assist with the required tracking reports and logs Semi-Annually: Assist with collecting the data needed for the state reporting requirements Expectation: 40 hours weekly to complete tasks at this location. Deliverables: Accurately prepare all manifests and accurate reporting on tracking logs. Records: Requirement keep a log of hours and tasks completed- time sheet. Timesheet will be delivered to Binns office for payment every two weeks and as requested. Costs: Labor costs incurred for this project are based on payment agreement. Scale House operator will provide own transportation to and from the facility, any personal safety equipment, any needed personal hygiene items. Report all accidents or incidents to the Facility Manager.
