Our goal is to create an experience of luxury — with every detail carefully managed and every apartment impeccably maintained. ________________________________________ Position Overview The Housekeeper plays a key role in maintaining the exceptional quality and presentation of Manilow Suites’ furnished apartments. This position is responsible for ensuring every guest arrives to a spotless, beautifully arranged, and fully equipped furnished apartment. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, an eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering the highest level of cleanliness and care. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Clean and prepare luxury furnished apartments for guest arrivals and departures according to Manilow Suites’ high standards. • Perform daily housekeeping duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces. • Change linens, launder towels and bedding, and restock household items and amenities. • Check that all furniture, décor, and appliances are in excellent condition and arranged properly. • Report any maintenance issues, missing items, or damages to management immediately. • Replenish welcome packets, guest information materials, and standard apartment supplies. • Follow established cleaning checklists and inspection procedures to ensure consistency and quality. • Communicate clearly and professionally with the operations team and housekeepers. • Occasionally assist with special cleaning projects, deep cleans, or apartment setups. • Uphold Manilow Suites’ standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and guest service at all times. ________________________________________ Qualifications • Prior housekeeping experience preferred (hotel, luxury apartment, or corporate housing). • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. • Must be dependable, professional, and take pride in quality work. • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks. • Reliable transportation to multiple downtown Chicago locations. • Basic English communication required; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. ________________________________________ Schedule and Compensation • Flexible schedule, including some weekends or holidays based on guest turnover. • Competitive hourly rate based on experience. • Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, and cell phone reimbursement.
