Now Hiring: Part-Time Handyman & Janitor – Downtown Los Angeles Property We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman and a dedicated Janitor to join our team at a commercial property located in Downtown Los Angeles. This is a part-time position with potential to full-time (Monday to Friday) Handyman Responsibilities include: • Performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks • Handling basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting projects • Assisting with property improvements and special projects • Supporting additional duties as assigned by the supervisor Janitor Responsibilities include: • Performing routine custodial duties throughout the property • Maintaining cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, and offices • Assisting with other maintenance and operational needs as assigned Qualifications: • Hands-on experience in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting) • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Prior experience in janitorial services, preferably in a commercial building • Familiarity with common janitorial tools, equipment, and procedures General Requirements: • Must be eligible to work in the United States • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team • Commitment to high-quality work and customer service If you are a motivated professional with a strong work ethic and the necessary skills, we encourage you to apply and become part of our growing team.
