Handyman/maintenance technician for admirals cove. We are seeking a skilled and dependable handyman/ maintenance technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, light plumbing and electrical work, handyman repairs with a strong attention to detail and reliability. Responsibilities: *Perform general maintenance and repair task (plumbing, electrical, and handyman duties) *Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools safely. *Assist with various property upkeep and improvement projects . *Lift and carry up to 50+ lbs *Follow daily schedules and complete assignments in a timely manner *Knowledge of iPhone and tablet. Requirements: *Must pass background check and drug screening. *Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. (Must be insurable through our insurance) *Experience in light plumbing, electrical, and general handyman skills Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Schedule and pay: *Monday-friday 8am to 4:30 pm (punctually required) *One Saturday a month Pay is $25.00 a hour with yearly reviews and raises. Room for advancement.
