We are currently hiring a Full-Time Day Porter / Exterior Janitor for our Kearny Mesa property. This position offers a consistent schedule of 40 hours per week, four days on, four days off, 10 hour workday. You will need a drivers license because you will have a street legal golf cart and may do short trips on city roads. Key Responsibilities: Remove litter and debris from hardscape and landscaped areas, Clean up spills and surface stains, Dust window mullions, Empty and clean trash receptacles and enclosures, Monitor and report property maintenance or safety concerns, Remove stickers, posters, gum, and graffiti. Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and walk the properties without limitations Drivers license Basic English-speaking skills for communication with tenants and property managers Mobile phone for immediate communication and issue reporting Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Professional, courteous demeanor with clients, tenants, and team members Compensation & Benefits: Starting wage: $18.00 per hour Paid sick leave, vacation, and holidays We maintain high standards and are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in their work.
