Decor Floors Limited is currently looking for skilled and dependable individuals who exhibit reliability, excellent communication, and strong customer service skills to join our team. This hands-on role requires expertise in installing various hard surface flooring (including hardwood, laminate, and vinyl) and assembling and installing custom millwork such as cabinetry, trim, and built-ins. Key Responsibilities: • Install flooring (hardwood, laminate, vinyl) for residential and commercial projects. • Assemble and install custom millwork like cabinets, molding, and trims. • Detach and reset cabinets during renovations with minimal disruption. • Inspect work for quality and design accuracy. • Maintain a clean and organized worksite. • Work closely with project managers and contractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in flooring and/or millwork installation. • Strong knowledge of millwork construction and installation. • Ability to read technical drawings. • Skilled with hand and power tools. • Physically able to lift heavy materials and work in tight spaces. • Valid driver’s license with a clean record. • Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
