We are seeking a skilled and reliable A/C Technician to install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems across our residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: *Inspect, diagnose, and repair A/C units and related equipment. *Perform routine preventive maintenance, cleaning, and tune-ups to ensure optimal system performance. *Install new air conditioning systems, components, and ductwork according to specifications and safety standards. *Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems. *Test and calibrate thermostats, controls, and system functions. *Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and system performance. *Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and service calls. *Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times. *Communicate clearly with tenants, management, and team members regarding service updates and recommendations. Qualifications: *High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred). *Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an A/C technician. *Valid HVAC certification or EPA license required. *Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skills. *Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. *Good communication and customer service skills. *Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Physical Requirements: *Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. *Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and kneeling.
