Position Overview The Cabinet Manufacturing Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of cabinet manufacturing projects—from client consultation and design (Cabinetvision) through installation and final quality checks. This role blends technical expertise, project management, and customer service to ensure that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Project Design & Planning using Cabinetvision software. Work with contractors, designers & clients to understand project needs, style preferences. Create design concepts, drawings, and layouts for cabinet manufacturing. Source and recommend materials, finishes, and hardware, if applicable. Must have at least 2 years experience in using Cabinetvision software AND 2 years experience in cabinet making/ Installation. Installation Oversight Supervise and coordinate installation teams to ensure proper execution of designs. Review work progress regularly, resolving on-site issues as they come up. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards. Team Leadership Train, schedule, and manage installers and finishers as needed. Conduct/ attend daily team meetings to align on project timelines and expectations. Customer Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/contractors throughout the project from the initial meeting through the installation/ finishing process. Communicate clearly on design approvals, scheduling, and installation progress. Handle issues as they arise professionally and resolve customer concerns promptly and report to Sales. Qualifications Must have at least 2 years experience in using Cabinetvision software AND 2 years experience in cabinet making/ Installation. Strong understanding of cabinet design, refinishing, and installation practices. Proven leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in CAD software or other design tools is a plus. (Cabinetvision required) Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
