Location: On-site, Bellingham, WA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no remote option) Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000 (DOE) + professional development + event access + perks What You’ll Do You’ll be the first and last impression for everyone who visits our space — and the connective tissue behind dozens of operational details. Your day may include: -Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism -Responding to inquiries via email, phone, and in-person -Scheduling and coordinating room bookings, appointments, and events -Supporting internal and external communications with polished professionalism -Anticipating needs and proactively solving small issues before they escalate -Assisting with event logistics, hospitality setup, and vendor coordination -Keeping the space organized, stocked, and running smoothly -Documenting operational processes and ensuring consistency -Working cross-functionally with leadership on administrative initiatives -Facilities management including inventory and daily custodial duties -Light social posting if desired (optional) This role requires precision, anticipation, and the ability to stay poised while pivoting between tasks.
