Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified driver who can pass a DOT physical/warehouse help to manage our York warehouse. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring timely delivery of goods, loading and unloading trucks for delivery, helping fulfilling orders for walk-in clients, doing deliveries and maintaining excellent relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service & Walk-In Sales Customer Engagement: Provide professional, friendly, and prompt service to customers visiting the warehouse, help load product Order Management: Process customer orders accurately, ensuring all necessary information is captured, and confirm product availability. Logistics Management Order Fulfillment: Coordinate order processing, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer expectations. Problem Solving: Help address and resolve any issues related to transportation, delivery, and inventory management. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a warehouse or counter sales environment. Ability to pass a DOT physical Qualifications: Worked in the Green Industry Excellent leadership skills. Proficient in QB.
