You’ll earn $20/hr plus performance bonuses ($500–$1,000 per closed job) while helping local homes and businesses recover from property damage. About the Role SERVPRO® Uptown Buena Park is looking for an energetic, self-motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to join our growing team! If you enjoy being out in the field, meeting new people, and helping customers, this role is for you. You’ll promote SERVPRO®’s restoration and cleaning services to local businesses, insurance agents, property managers, and homeowners. This position is ideal for someone who loves networking, building relationships, and seeing results from their efforts. What You’ll Do Promote and sell SERVPRO® services in the local Chicago area. Conduct daily marketing visits and develop long-term customer relationships. Host and attend networking events, luncheons, and continuing education classes. Follow up with customers, provide estimates, and close sales opportunities. Consistently work toward assigned sales goals and revenue targets. What We’re Looking For Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (vehicle reimbursement provided). Background check required (as permitted by law). 2+ years of B2B or field marketing experience preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
