Actively engage with guests and always maintain a floor presence Support the front-of-house staff in the day-to-day operation of the store Filling in wherever necessary to get the job done Perform service tasks, such as clearing tables, running food and drinks when necessary Ensure that every Tartine guest feels warm and welcome Ensure that the store is in pristine order at all times Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the Tartine quality standards Communicate with back-of-house management effectively to ensure ticket times are appropriate for the pace of service and ensure a positive synergy between the front and back teams.
