We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista to join our team at SEY Coffee. Minimum Requirements: Two years of Barista experience One year of Specialty Coffee experience Has previous work experience in an energetic and high-volume atmosphere Has preexisting knowledge and experience working with high-quality coffee Exhibits honed customer service skills Currently eligible to work in the U.S. The cafe staff is responsible for upholding the SEY mission by providing elevated products, influential service, and an impactful environment. They prepare products according to company standards and do so with care and attention while providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with any inquiries they may have. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly retail operation by holding to detailed operating procedures. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve products at company standard Provide excellent customer service Provide an elevated customer experience Uphold cafe operation standards Participate in weekly mandatory Professional Development sessions The position will be part time (2-3 days) with the ability to pick up shifts based on staff availability. SEY is a gratuity-free cafe and is committed to paying baristas a living wage; this also includes health insurance and revenue sharing in conjunction with a professional development track.
