Quality Control Supervisor – 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM) Location: Commerce, CA Pay: $25/hr DOE Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Manufacturer of food flavors and colors seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities: • Supervise quality control operations and ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and safety standards. • Inspect products and processes to spot defects or inconsistencies. • Oversee lab testing, food analysis, and audits. • Maintain accurate reports and documentation. • Lead and train team members to ensure quality and safety compliance. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in food science, Chemistry or related field. • 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing or food safety. • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of FDA/USDA regulations and quality systems. • HACCP or other food safety certifications a plus.
