Day Shift (x5): 7am - 4pm or 8am – 5pm PM Shift (x4): 5pm - 2am Pay: $15.50/hr ***Spanish only and English only ok*** must be clean cut!! Main Responsibilities: • Removing frozen salmon from boxes, • Putting the salmon on a tray, • Putting the trays of salmon in an oven to defrost. • Must be able to lift 50lbs • Document control and compliance with outbound processes • Support with inventory, control, and general order • Reporting deviations and coordinating with quality and logistics • Load and unload trucks, stack and store products in the correct warehouse areas. • Maintain accuracy in picking, staging, and replenishing inventory. • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines. • Work efficiently in cold (32°F/0°C) and freezer (-10°F/-23°C or lower) environments for extended periods. • Maintain clean and organized work areas. • Support general warehouse duties as needed (manual pallet movement, labeling, scanning, etc.). Qualifications: • Required: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred • Required: 2 or more years of warehouse experience • Preferred: Experience working in a cold storage or temperature-controlled warehouse. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods. • Comfortable working in cold and freezing conditions with proper PPE. • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety compliance. • Basic computer and RF scanner skills a plus. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety compliance. Basic computer skills and RF scanner operation are a plus.
