Front Of House Supervisor at Oregon Garden Resort

The Oregon Garden Resort is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily operations in both our Garden View Restaurant and Fireside Lounge. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. What You’ll Do Supervise daily front-of-house operations in the restaurant and lounge, ensuring smooth service and a welcoming atmosphere. Lead, train, and mentor a team of servers, bartenders, and support staff, fostering teamwork, accountability, and professional growth. Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and shift coverage to balance guest needs and labor budgets. Uphold service standards, presentation, and ambiance, including table settings, lighting, music, and cleanliness. Partner with the kitchen manager and culinary team to ensure quality, accuracy, and timely food & beverage delivery. Monitor bar inventory and ensure compliance with OLCC service requirements. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and care. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations as well as liquor laws. Assist with budget management, cash handling, invoice processing, and cost control. Jump in as needed—whether bartending, running food, or supporting the team during peak hours. What We’re Looking For Previous supervisory or lead experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and coach a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of food & beverage operations, including bar management and service standards. Ability to stay organized under pressure and maintain high service quality during busy shifts. OLCC service permit and Food Handler’s card required (or ability to obtain prior to start). Why Join Us?
