We’re known for our commitment to exceptional service, thoughtfully crafted cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. ✳️What You’ll Do: - Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service to every guest at the bar and in the dining room. - Prepare high-quality beverages with consistency and skill, following Campanella’s established standards. - Collaborate with the General Manager on seasonal and creative ideas to keep our beverage program fresh and engaging. - Assist with bar inventory, ordering, and cost control to ensure smooth operations. - Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times. - Support the staff to uphold Campanella’s service and quality standards. - Keep the bar atmosphere welcoming, fun, and aligned with our overall guest experience. ✳️What We’re Looking For: - 3+ years of bartending experience, with at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role. - Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. - Proven ability to manage inventory and place orders efficiently. - Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a professional appearance and demeanor. ✳️Schedule & Compensation - mostly evenings and weekends. - Competitive pay plus tips. - Employee meal discounts and a collaborative, supportive work environment.
