We’re a small, fast-paced property management firm looking for a reliable, independent team member to maintain and service the exterior of our residential properties. Position: Grounds Maintenance / Debris Removal Pay: Starting at $25/hr, depending on experience Employment Type: Full-time, W-2 employee Pay: $25/hr+ DOE (Portland / Vancouver Metro) Duties include: • Lawn mowing, blowing, and weeding • Raking and bed cleanup • Shrub and hedge trimming • Debris and junk removal • Gutter cleaning and pressure washing • Spreading bark dust and mulch as needed Requirements: • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record • Experience driving a pickup truck and trailer • Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical outdoor work independently • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision We Provide: • Company truck, trailer, and all equipment • Paid vacation and sick time • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Simple IRA with company match If you take pride in keeping properties looking their best and enjoy working independently, we’d love to hear from you.
