2004 Chevy Silverado 1500 - $8,000

2004 Chevy Silverado 1500 Z71 package. Under 150,000 miles on this clean white Chevy pickup. We bought this truck 15 years ago with 62,000 miles on it. It has been driven almost daily during the school year with limited use during summers (teacher schedule). Super clean inside, no smokers or pets (just kids!). This truck has been super reliable over the years and we have used it for everything from commuting to work, snowy mountain roads in search of Christmas trees, hauling hay and building materials, driving forest service roads to trailheads, and much more which means some normal wear and tear for sure! Regular oil changes every 5k miles or 12 months, whichever came first. Key features: 5.3 L V8 engine Tow package Z71 upgrades Aftermarket Leather Seats Bed Liner (6.5 ft) New floor mats Imperfections: Minor paint scratches and chips One or two small dents No Radio (failed install by me didn’t work with previous aftermarket system)…could be a simple wiring fix? I installed a battery disconnect switch because the battery was draining. Could be related to the above radio wiring, or I might have just gotten 2 bad batteries in a row from Costco? Running the AC does raise the operating temperature of the truck…AC does work, but I usually just choose to just roll down the windows! Tires have 5-10k good use left Bottom line… this is a clean and serviceable truck with extremely low miles for its age! I would definitely continue owning and driving it for many years to come, but we needed something big enough to pull a large horse trailer with 2 horses and a family in the cab! With the current used truck market, I would like to get near the upper range of “blue book” value which is $8,000 but am willing to entertain reasonable offers!
