$500 Room for rent (Quincy)

Hello, I have a unfurnished room for rent in my manufactured home I own and also live in. It has a “bed” for those who need it. The room has a private half bathroom. Toilet and sink. Tenants are welcome to use the kitchen and main home bathroom. Rent is $500 a month with a $100 refundable deposit. There is no last months rent. There is no lease as it is a month to month rental agreement. No credit/background check.The home has air conditioning. The home has fiber optic WiFi and is 420 friendly.
