hey all! my roommate and i have a very cheap 80 sq ft room opening up in our house in easthampton. looking for someone to sublet with us from november first 2025 to june first 2026 with an option to renew the lease in june if all goes well. first month and security deposit ($800 total) needed for move in, plus an easy application. about the roomies: Kenzie - 33 year old likes thrifting and hiking Seida - 31 year old working student. Gamer, dork, laid-back. also included: huge backyard with shared garden (plus we get a lot of wild mint and black raspberries in the summer); wrap around front porch other details: washing machine and dryer in the basement. we’re about a 10 min walk to downtown, and a 5 min walk to the bike trail. accessibility info: first floor apartment but the house has about 5 steps; not a low-fragrance home; no dogs, sorry! pls DM with interest or questions
