LOCATION: On-site | Downtown Cle Elum Office + Local Communities SCHEDULE: Tuesday – Saturday | 8am–5pm + After-Hours Events as needed COMPENSATION: $50,000/year DOE + Bonuses + Benefits ABOUT US: Trailside Group is a locally owned homebuilder and land developer along the I-90 corridor. We create high-quality homes and master-planned communities in beautiful Central Washington. We’re seeking a friendly, resourceful, and organized Sales, Marketing & Office Coordinator to join our Cle Elum office. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their workday—one minute you’re welcoming visitors to a model home, the next you’re coordinating a community event or posting on social media. What You’ll Do... SALES SUPPORT *Assist with open office hours, home tours, and buyer appointments *Manage CRM data and client follow-ups (Salesforce experience a plus) *Prepare listing materials and marketing assets *Help guide clients from first visit to closing *Marketing Coordination *Support digital & print marketing campaigns *Coordinate social media posts, photo/video shoots, and events *Keep listings and website information accurate and up to date *Track marketing performance and compile reports OFFICE MANAGEMENT *Keep the Cle Elum office and model homes stocked, tidy, and ready for visitors *Order supplies, coordinate vendors, and manage daily office operations *Greet walk-ins, answer phones, and route inquiries to the right team member *Assist with scheduling, meeting prep, and administrative tasks *Customer Experience *Provide a warm welcome to all visitors and event attendees *Represent the Trailside brand with professionalism and enthusiasm *Support community events and broker tours WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: *Friendly, professional, and self-motivated *Strong communication and organizational skills *Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment *Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office required; Salesforce, Canva, WordPress, or Adobe Suite a plus) *Reliable transportation (AWD vehicle preferred) *Real estate, hospitality, or homebuilding experience preferred (Real estate license a plus) *Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary + performance bonuses *Health benefits *Fun, collaborative work environment *The chance to be part of creating vibrant communities in Central WA HOW TO APPLY: *Email your resume and a brief cover letter telling us why you’d be a great fit to: [tsgcareers2025@gmail.com] *Subject line: Sales, Marketing & Office Coordinator – Cle Elum
