Role Overview As Sales Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving sales performance, team development, and customer satisfaction. You’ll help expand our reach, strengthen client relationships, and ensure our sales organization continues to exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve peak performance. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the solar industry. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed individual and group sales targets. Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct engaging product presentations, craft compelling proposals, and close deals. Stay informed on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies. Requirements Proven solar sales experience with an understanding of the California Solar market Basic understanding of photovoltaic solar systems, inverters, and battery technology Outstanding sales acumen, including closing and follow-up skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating sales teams.  Integrity, honesty, and a strong desire to create a positive brand experience  High proficiency with computers and online tools  Quick thinker with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
