Job Description This position is responsible for managing the shelf space for the products carried by the Odom Corporation and is a key function with regards to profit and the competitiveness of our business. Draw, present, and reset beer, wine, and non-alcoholic shelf schematics in retail accounts. This process includes interviewing the store manager or owner, obtaining scan data, or requesting data from competitive distributors, measuring/scanning/photographing cooler or shelving, analyzing and importing data, identifying new distribution and space opportunities, and reconfiguring cooler or shelving to maximize competitive advantage for Odom brands as well as maximizing sales for the account. Also included are responsibilities for scheduling, added/deleted item lists distributed to the account and salespeople, reset time/date notification to sales managers and merchandising manager via OdomNet SharePoint site.
