ISO private fenced property for dog (Wenatchee)

Hello! I am looking for a private fenced area preferably a large area where I can take my moms dogs for exercise. One dog is a blue heeler named Baylee, a working dog, and currently does not get to run. They have a small backyard to play fetch in but its a short distance and heelers need more physical activity. Baylee is not socialized, so taking her on leash walks or to a dog park isn't an option as she is aggressive with other dogs, and chases cars. I've attempted walks but she is very strong and pulls and gets crazy when others are around. Im looking for a fully fenced property that is safe for a dog to run and play fetch long distance.
