Female French Bulldog (East Wenatchee)

Elsa is a 3 year old French bulldog we have been fostering. She is a potty trained and kennel trained. She doesn't get along with other dogs, but she has beenaroundpuppiesthat don'tbother her. She seems to be ok with cats, but not kittens. Might be best for someone who doesn't have pets. Current on vaccinations. Small rehoming fee.
