Automotive Technician - M-F, $100k PLUS Potential, A+ Culture (Seattle)

Workplace: -5-day work week (Monday Thru Friday! We are closed weekends!!!) -Flat Rate up to $35-60/hr ($25 - $50/hr flagged plus up to $10/hr performance based bonus plan) -20 Hours per week minimum Guarantee for consistency with larger jobs. (First month 30 Hours Guarantee while you get acclimated with our systems) -$1 per hour flagged for the year Annual Bonus paid before the Holidays -Service Advisors who can sell your work! -8 Paid holidays -Modern Shop Tools, Equipment and Scan tools -Insurance for your tools in the shop -Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision -Great shop environment and work atmosphere. Finesse Auto has been in business since 2014, with a 10 Bay Euro Service Facility We are looking for technicians who want to work with others that are at the same professional level as themselves and that can provide high quality repairs on vehicles. We are a team that works together to serve our customers and fix cars right the first time. We do things a little differently at our shop and want someone who is open to learning processes that have proven to create an environment that is free from chaos and drama. Tech Pay Structure: Flat Rate Pay will vary based on ability and experience but our high level technicians usually start at $70k per year. Some are making over $100k per year.
