Positions available are: •Builders- Assembly/installation of pool enclosures/ composite rooms •Rescreen/Service crews- installation/replacement of existing screens, fasteners, and hardware on pool enclosures •Wraps/fill panel crews- installation of screen walls under existing trussed patios. We are looking for installers eager to join the Lafferty team with the ability to progress and take on more responsibilities with the company. Prepare, set up, and maintain equipment and work areas to complete tasks effectively. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and BOMs (Bill of Materials). Utilize measuring tools (e.g., tape measure) and layout tools accurately. Perform grinding, layout, and finishing work as needed. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality and accuracy standards. Report fabrication issues and assist in resolving them as needed. Attend and participate in daily morning meetings. Requirements: MIG welding experience required. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly. Proficient in using hand tools, grinders, and measuring instruments.
