Qualifications: • 3+ years of carpentry experience in commercial or healthcare construction (required). • Knowledge of HCAi/OSHPD standards and healthcare regulations (preferred). • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project demands. • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and infection control in healthcare settings. • Ability to communicate effectively with the team and follow directions from supervisors. • Proficiency with construction tools and equipment. • Willingness to adapt to changing project demands and maintain a high level of craftsmanship.
