You will be responsible for trouble shooting and repairing various window and door issues primarily for PGT and Andersen products, replacing damaged or defective items – including reglazing impact glass, and will provide basic product information to our customers. Daily work may include ladder & scaffold work on occasion. You will provide service that exceeds our customers’ expectations. This position requires a positive attitude, basic carpentry and window and door knowledge, good communications skills, problem solving ability, attention to detail, good time management skills, and be able to lift impact rated windows and door panels in excess of 80 lbs.
