As a Fence Installer, you’ll start each day at our shop, loading trucks and trailers with materials needed for that day’s job. This is an outdoor position, and you’ll be working in various weather conditions. We’re looking for team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment, bring a great attitude, and take pride in quality craftsmanship. Some overnight travel may be required. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Key Responsibilities Trim Installation: Install various types of trim including baseboards, chair rails, wainscoting, window casings, and cabinetry. Precision Work: Accurately measure, cut, and fit trim pieces to ensure clean transitions between surfaces and a polished, professional finish. Exterior Work: Install exterior siding and windows with attention to detail and durability. Interior Work: Hang sheetrock, install vinyl and insulation, and assist with final-stage construction tasks. Job Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project. Be able to assist with replacing gutter brooms and minor sweeper truck Maintenace. Qualifications • Construction experience preferred • Experience with dump trucks, construction equipment • Able to lift up to 50lbs, bend, twist, and stand for long periods of time • Clean Driving Record required • Driver’s license, CDL class A or B a plus Schedule: Current sweeper truck is a 2023 Isuzu with a victory mark 3 sweeper, class c.
