Key Responsibilities: • Fulfill orders by assembling cooler boxes or insulated packaging and packing soup products for safe, temperature-compliant transport. • Communicate with internal team and clients to ensure delivery environments meet cold-chain handling requirements. • Manage inventory of all fulfillment/delivery related items including boxes, tape, ice packs, dry ice, insulated bags, etc. • For local deliveries along commute routes, use a personal vehicle to deliver customer orders across Orange County and Los Angeles County, with mileage reimbursement provided per California Labor Code Section 2802. • Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maintain product quality and minimize delivery time. • Assist the Project Manager (located in Japan) with operational tasks related to fulfillment logistics. • Collaborate with internal team and external partners to ensure compliance with food safety and business regulations. • Provide ad-hoc support for events, photo shoots, PR activities, etc., approximately every 2–3 months (1–3 full eight (8) hour days). • As with any start-up venture, other duties may be assigned as each employee may need to help in other areas that are not explicitly mentioned above.
