Pay: From $24.00 per hour DOE Job description: Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Operations Manager to oversee our landscaping projects and maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture, along with proven leadership skills. This role requires effective management of teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Manage small landscaping projects from inception to completion, including planning, execution, and follow-up. Oversee the care of lawns, trees, and gardens, ensuring proper techniques in irrigation and maintenance are applied. Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in landscaping, gardening, and equipment usage. Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess landscape health and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide tailored solutions. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including project timelines and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all team members. Qualifications Proven experience in landscape maintenance and management, with a strong understanding of horticulture principles. Supervising experience in a related field is required; demonstrated leadership skills are essential. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, irrigation systems, and construction methods related to landscaping. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in project execution. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while managing physical tasks associated with landscaping. A passion for gardening and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces is highly desirable.
