Your role ensures the heart of our operation runs smoothly, maintaining cleanliness standards and safety protocols at the highest levels. What You'll Do: Maintain daily sanitation logs for dish machines and manual pot-washing stations. Ensure the dish machine and manual washing sinks are properly maintained, stocked, and functioning. Monitor high-traffic areas closely to prevent accidents, including slips, trips, and falls. Properly use dish racks and equipment to avoid damage to wares. Regularly inspect and maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace. Contribute to safety by promptly addressing potential hazards. Practice effective inventory control and assist with supply orders. Compensation $16.66 – $16.81/hour + tips!
