Facility Maintenance: Perform repairs, preventative maintenance and replacement of building components including but not limited to: · Building Furnishings (Door handles, Hinges, and closer, curtain wall glass and gaskets, ceiling tile, cove base, mini-blinds, floor and wall coverings · Plumbing (Restroom fixtures, unstop drains) · Electrical (lights and lighting ballasts, wall receptacles, switches, circuit breakers, mechanical parts such as fuses and starters, magnetic starters, controls components, emergency generator, emergency power distribution) · A/C Controls (thermostats, cold deck sensors and/ or controllers · Take the initiative on problems and special needs of the property or tenants. Must be able to handle multiple projects. · · Manage daily operations and maintenance of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, etc.).
