You will have the opportunity to work with an excellent team of professionals, and will have the opportunity of running the shop, using your own talents and skills. The right candidate will also have some experience working with heavy machinery/equipment, strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills and experience in the trucking industry, and self-motivated to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. We are willing to help train you more on MCI buses-but need to have a great overall knowledge and many years of mechanic experience on vehicles. Responsibilities: Perform preventive maintenance checks on vehicles. Be able to give a brief explanation of the car's function and problems to clients. Be able to explain a repair plan. Be able to diagnose and fix problems on vehicles. Know how to deal with a client when they are unhappy with the result of a repair attempt. Be able to replace parts in a car's engine.
