Position Summary: Kniesel's Collision is seeking highly skilled Collision Estimators to join our team in the Greater Sacramento Area. The Collision Estimator is responsible for providing accurate repair estimates, facilitating clear communication with customers and insurance companies, and ensuring that repairs are completed to the highest standards. Position Available: Collision Estimator (Full-Time) Location: Various locations throughout the Greater Sacramento Area Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service by clearly explaining repair plans, maintaining ongoing communication, and ensuring satisfaction. Estimating: Proficient in body, frame, mechanical, and paint operations with accurate repair estimates. Insurance Coordination: Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure repairs meet standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and team members to manage timelines. Compliance & Quality Control: Perform inspections ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines. Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years of experience as a collision estimator or related role preferred. Knowledge of CCC1, Mitchell, or similar estimating software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to build positive relationships with customers, insurance companies, and team members. Familiarity with Nexsyis software is a plus. Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
