More information about us: MIT News Role Overview As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations—from receiving shipments to preparing customer orders. You’ll work closely with the operations team to ensure products are handled efficiently, safely, and accurately. This is a hands-on role in a startup environment, so flexibility, initiative, and teamwork are key. Responsibilities • Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments. • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and care. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse space. • Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies. • Assist in process improvements to increase efficiency. • Operate warehouse equipment. • Support special projects or operational needs as the startup grows. Requirements • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred, but not required. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Comfortable using basic technology (inventory software, scanners, etc.). • Team player with a proactive, “startup mindset.” • Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
